My name is Latika Sagar.
A warm welcome to all readers to my Recipe Theatre.
Professionally I am An Electronics & Telecommunication Engineer and recently I came to realise that making a food in own theatre (kitchen) is not only healthier but more economical than eating out. It’s also a lot more fun! Through this site I am sharing my enthusiasm my passion for cooking. I am trying to convince people that with fresh vegetables, ingredients, little imagination and good music in the background, anyone can cook good food. And enjoy it too!!!!
Since from many years I was thinking of writing a food blog but unfortunately due to daily hustle of life I was unable to do so. This corona virus lock-down in my country gave me an opportunity which I was seeking since years.
I am the new blogger and started this blog in the month of March when I shifted in Pune. I have started cooking in my own theatre (kitchen) - an experience is just as amazing as it sounds. Now I loved to cook rather it has been my passion and the sights, sounds, and tastes inspired me in ways that I never could have imagined.
Originally I belong to a small city Akot, Maharashtra, but I have lived in Mumbai in my college days, Ahmedabad after my marriage and now in Pune. These cities have influenced the way I think about food and added different amazing flavours to my cooking style. These different places gave me different learning and knowledge about their local and authentic recipes. I am currently cooking especially for my husband who is also a good cook, friends and family.
I would also like to thank my mother and elder sister who taught me these cooking skills in the form of their blessings which I will ensure to propagate those via Recipe Theatre.
